Ricky Gonzalez

Mr. Ricky Gonzalez serves as Operations Manager for Stiles Property Management. He has more than 12 years of property management experience including residential, office and retail portfolios. Working under the direction of the Director of Engineering, he is responsible for coordination and supervision of maintenance staff, directing regular property inspections, initiating preventative maintenance programs, devising workplace safety training, monitoring large tenant improvement projects and assisting property managers, building engineers and maintenance staff in providing services to tenants and asset managers. He also manages Stiles’ fleet of 21 vehicles for the smooth operation including inspections, fuel consumption, assignments and fleet preservation.

Mr. Gonzalez previously served as Chief Building Engineer where he oversaw the maintenance of 444 Brickell, a 301,646 square foot office and retail property in downtown Miami since 2012. Mr. Gonzalez also advised in the maintenance of 1400 Biscayne, a 149,118 square foot office and retail property in the same area.

Prior to his time with Stiles, Mr. Gonzalez served for two years as Lead Building Engineer at ABM Engineering Services. Mr. Gonzalez applies his experience and strong work ethic to all that he does and works closely with management to guarantee that tenants receive the highest level of service at all times.
