Mr. Russell Biffis has more than 35 years experience in the construction industry with 24 years in South Florida. His knowledge is extensive in all facets of construction management, including estimating, value engineering, purchasing contract administration, developing client relations, as well as preparing and coordinating all RFP responsibilities, proposals and presentations. Mr. Russell Biffis joined Stiles Construction Co. in 1984 in the Preconstruction Department and served as senior estimator for five years. He was promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction and within two years moved into the position of Vice President of Business Development.
