Stephanie D’Amico is responsible for leasing both the Stiles portfolio of more than 587,000 square feet of retail space within the Central Florida market, as well as representing third-party retail owners in Tampa, Orlando, and the Space Coast.
Stephanie’s career in commercial real estate began in 2012 in the Washington DC market where she worked at Cushman & Wakefield and then Colliers International. At Colliers she was instrumental in securing a 50,000 SF Class A historic adaptive reuse project. Most notably, she represented Sprint PCS in their complex site selection process throughout the greater Washington, DC market.
After returning to Central Florida in 2017, Stephanie has worked on a variety of retail projects including unanchored properties, grocery-anchored centers, and high-rise class A retail in the central business district of Orlando. Since Joining Stiles in 2019, Stephanie has grown third-party retail leasing in the region, while stabilizing company-owned centers and working alongside Stiles Development on new ground-up retail projects. Her creative capabilities and ability to negotiate on intricate anchor leases were crucial in stabilizing a large Class A project for Stiles in Altamonte Springs. She has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker.
Beyond her day-to-day job responsibilities, Stephanie is an active member of CREW Orlando and is the Director of the UCREW Committee and serves on the Board of CREW Orlando for 2024.
