Vice President, Leasing and Brokerage
Stephanie D’Amico is responsible for managing and growing the Stiles’ portfolio of more than 587,000 square feet within the Central Florida and Tampa markets. She is also focused on third-party retail leasing and tenant representation throughout Central Florida.
Stephanie’s career in commercial real estate began in the Washington DC market where she worked at Cushman & Wakefield and then Colliers International in a marketing capacity. At Colliers she was instrumental in securing a 50,000 SF Class A historic adaptive reuse project. Shortly after that, Stephanie transitioned into brokerage working with both landlords and tenants. Most notably, she represented Sprint PCS in their complex site selection process throughout the greater Washington, DC market.
After returning to Orlando in 2017, Stephanie joined a boutique firm primarily focused on landlord representation. She worked on a variety of retail projects including unanchored properties, grocery anchored centers, and high-rise class A retail in the central business district. Since Joining Stiles, Stephanie has brought new tenants into our shopping centers, while growing our third-party retail leasing in this market.
Stephanie’s marketing background provides a unique perspective for her landlord clients that goes beyond the traditional scope of leasing. She takes a creative approach to analyzing all vacancies and thinks outside the box to market space and secure a deal.
Beyond her day-to-day job responsibilities, Stephanie is an active member of CREW (commercial real estate women) Orlando. Stephanie is co-chair of the UCREW committee, which conducts outreach with local college students encouraging women and minorities to consider careers in commercial real estate through internships, job shadows, an annual UCREW event, and scholarship opportunities.
