WHAT: All this week, the Fort Lauderdale skyline will boast Florida State Seminole colors Garnet and Gold in celebration of the team’s 2014 BCS National Championship victory on January 6. Illuminating the sky is the ziggurat and exterior façade of the 23-story Bank of America Plaza at Las Olas City Centre (LOCC) office building in downtown Fort Lauderdale. LOCC will shine Garnet and Gold all week; the lights can be seen as far as five miles away from all directions.

“We are proud to be able to support Florida State University and our local community during this exciting time,” said President of Stiles Property Management Chris Rotolo. “LOCC’s lighting program will recognize key milestones, local events, charitable organizations and holidays, including but not limited to Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year’s Eve, Fourth of July and St. Patrick’s Day.”
