Cantrell & Morgan and South Florida-based Stiles announced today they will break ground on a new grocery-anchored retail shopping center featuring a 25,000-square-foot GreenWise Market by Publix. Construction is slated to begin first quarter of 2020 and GreenWise is expected to open in 2021.
Located at World Commerce Center near World Golf Village and Murabella, the site is situated at the intersection of International Golf Parkway and Florida S.R. 16, near historic St. Augustine. In addition to GreenWise Market, the center includes approximately 15,000 square feet of in-line retail shops as well as several outparcels.
GreenWise Market is a specialty, natural and organic store featuring items for the health-conscious and gourmet foodies. The store is divided into experience zones and includes a large prepared foods area featuring fresh to-go items, such as gourmet pizzas, burrito bowls, chef-created sandwiches and a selection of heat-and-eat main courses and sides.

In 2009, Stiles developed The Shoppes at Murabella, a Publix-anchored, 77,500-square-foot retail center located at S.R. 16 and Pacetti Rd., which at the time was the area’s first major retail center. Stiles continues to own and operate that center.
