Stiles, a leading real estate development firm based in the Southeast, is proud to announce that Grove 98 Phase 2 is officially 100% leased. Located in one of the Triangle’s fastest-growing communities, Grove 98 is a premier retail and lifestyle destination developed and managed by Stiles.
Phase 2 has attracted a dynamic mix of local favorites and nationally recognized brands. While several tenants had been previously announced—including Dave’s Hot Chicken, Five Guys, SEN Nail Spa, BIBIBOP Asian Grill, Piada Italian Street Food, and VIO Med Spa—Stiles is pleased to reveal the addition of three exciting new names that round out the roster:
- Chopt Creative Salad Co – A fast-casual restaurant known for its fresh, customizable salads, grain bowls, and globally inspired dressings.
- Summer Moon Coffee – A Texas-based coffeehouse offering signature oak-roasted coffee and its famously sweet “Moon Milk.”
- Sweathouz – A modern wellness studio specializing in infrared sauna sessions designed to promote recovery, detoxification, and relaxation.
The complete Phase 2 tenant lineup, which also includes outparcels Outback Steakhouse and O2 Fitness, further enhances Grove 98’s health, dining, and lifestyle offerings. All Phase 2 tenants are expected to open by the end of 2025.
“We are thrilled to celebrate 100% lease-up at Grove 98,” said Justin Siemens, President of Stiles Carolinas. “The strength and diversity of the tenant lineup reflects the vibrancy of the Wake Forest community and the strong demand for high-quality retail experiences in this corridor. As the community continues to grow, we’re committed to deepening our investment and presence here. With Grove 98, we set out to create a walkable, energized destination, and with the completion of retail leasing, we’re proud to see that vision fully realized.”
Strategically located at the intersection of US-98 and Capital Boulevard (US-1), Grove 98 offers premier visibility and access, across the street from Wegmans and surrounded by a growing residential base. The property features 80,000 square feet of retail, the 232-unit Lindley at Grove 98 Apartments, and a townhome-style condo community by Stanley Martin.
Phase 1 is home to popular brands like Torchy’s Tacos, CAVA, Sleep Number, Ideal Dental, One Medical, and Nothing Bundt Cakes.
