Shorenstein Properties and Stiles today announced plans to host a groundbreaking event for a 370,000 square-foot spec building that will sit at 110 East Blvd. in Charlotte, North Carolina. The event is scheduled for January 26, 2022.

With sweeping views of Charlotte’s city skyline, 110 East will embody the energy and culture of one of the city’s most exciting neighborhoods. Located in the heart of the South End submarket, the 23-story building will house state-of-the-art Class A office space along with restaurants and nightlife all within blocks of each other and easily accessible to the public.
