Stiles, a leading commercial real estate development and services firm, in partnership with FCA Partners, has completed the acquisition of 4.88 acres at 8201–8151 Peters Road in Plantation, Florida, for the development of Plantation Crossroads, a new eight-story, mid-rise multifamily community that is designed to meet growing housing demand in the City of Plantation.

The $8.25 million land acquisition closed on January 9, 2026. The site was acquired from Vanderbilt Office Properties and C–III Capital Partners.

Plantation Crossroads will deliver 384 apartment residences totaling approximately 391,747 square feet featuring structured parking and an extensive suite of lifestyle-focused, state-of-the-art amenities. Planned amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center and spa, co-working office space, club room, sky lounge and garden, pickleball courts, dog park and pet spa, a 24-hour sundry shop, and a garden and event lawn.

The development is also within a 20-minute drive of Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport, positioning Plantation Crossroads to attract professionals seeking convenient access to major employment centers.

Stiles Construction will serve as general contractor, with MSA Architects leading architectural design. Vertical construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027, with an anticipated opening in late 2029.
