Stiles Realty is pleased to announce Burlington Stores, the national off-price retailer, has extended its lease for another 10 years at Marketplace at Altamonte, and will be making over its store location to create a fresh, bright and simpler shopping experience for its customers, continuing to provide brand name styles at their everyday low prices. Vice President Jill Gull handled the leasing for Stiles Realty, a division of the full-service real estate development firm, Stiles. Burlington will remain open during its remodel, with an expected Q4 2019 completion timeframe.

Marketplace at Altamonte is a 336,201-square-foot power center is located at the southeast corner of the Interstate 4/ State Road 436 interchange, approximately six miles north of downtown Orlando, Fla. At the core of one of Orlando’s largest and most dynamic retail submarkets, Marketplace at Altamonte boasts a diverse group of national retailers including Total Wine & More, Burlington, Ross, Buy Buy Baby, Picture Show Movie Theater, and Florida’s only Christmas Tree Shops location.

Operating 675 stores as of the end of the fourth quarter of Fiscal 2018, in 45 states and Puerto Rico, Burlington offers brand name styles at up to 60 percent off other retailers’ prices every day. Departments include ladies’ dresses, sportswear, juniors, accessories, menswear, family footwear, children’s clothing, everything for baby, toys, beauty and the home, along with a wide assortment of coats for every season.
