Stiles delivered nearly 3 Million SF of notable office, retail, and residential projects in South Florida, which encompasses The Main Las Olas including Novo Las Olas, Alluvion Las Olas, Monarch Town Center, and Beacon Lakes Retail Center. In addition, The Main Las Olas was selected as Project of the Year for its impact on transforming the Las Olas corridor and expanding the downtown city center west of 3rd Avenue. The NAIOP awards are amongst the most prestigious in the commercial real estate industry, honoring exemplary projects, brokers and companies for outstanding real estate achievements. A 5-time winner of Developer of the Year, the last time Stiles was given this honor was in 2003. It’s also worthy of note that Stiles Property Management manages 3700 Lakeside Drive, which won Office Sale of the Year.
