Paige Miller

As General Manager of the Property Management Division for Stiles, Paige Miller brings a wealth of expertise in overseeing high-performing real estate assets, cultivating strong tenant relationships, and leading a team of managers to deliver exceptional service. In addition to her divisional leadership role, Paige is directly responsible for the overall day to day operations of 200 East Las Olas, a 286,258 SF premier Class A asset located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Known for her collaborative approach, Paige thrives on working closely with owners, contractors, and her in-house team to achieve long-term asset goals.

Paige began her Property Management career in 2012 as an Assistant Property Manager with the Stiles Sawgrass portfolio consisting of Class A office, retail & the Sawgrass International Corporate Park Association. Upon becoming a Property Manager, Paige managed One Park Square & Shops at Beacon Lakes in Doral, FL. One Park Square, an 11-story Class A building consisting of 281,786 SF of office and retail space is the proud winner of the 2019/2020 Local Division TOBY Award for Outstanding Building of the Year in the 250,000-499,999 SF category. Shops at Beacon Lakes is a beautiful, newly built 428,635 SF retail center. During her tenure with Stiles, she has assisted with and managed over one million square feet of office & retail.

Paige holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University. She is a member of BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches and earned her RPA Designation in 2018.
